Youth Director

First Christian Reformed Church is seeking a spiritually mature individual to serve as our Youth Director. This is a full time position that involves leading, discipling and nurturing the spiritual growth of our middle school, high school and college students. We ask that you pray that God will bless our search and guide the search committee as they set forth on this journey. We ask that you pray for the hearts and minds of these unknown candidates that they would be directed to the youth ministry here at First. As well, if you know of a qualified individual that desires to fulfill this position, that you would pass that information along.

COnnections DIRECTOR

First CRC is seeking a Connections Director who will reflect the love of Christ by fostering a welcoming environment, creating clear pathways for belonging within our church community, and equipping individuals to serve in the broader community as a witness to the Kingdom of God.

This role is ideal for someone with strong relational and organizational skills, a servant’s heart, and a passion for helping both guests and members feel seen, valued, and connected. The Connections Director will lead and encourage a dedicated team of volunteers to welcome and enfold guests, connect members, and create and facilitate opportunities for community engagement.

This position will be 32-40 hours per week and may be sculpted to bring out the strengths of applicants.
